Inbox

The Inbox page allows you to view all messages & enquiries that your online customers have sent for products. Once an enquiry is received, you can contact the customer and discuss the proceedings.

Reply to Enquiries


Important Note
Customers can send enquiry only for those products for which the Receive enquiry for this product box is ticked. This option is available while creating/editing a product.

Step 1.
Click on Inbox from the Sales drop down in the main menu.

The following page will be displayed.

Step 2.
Click on Messages and the following page will be displayed.

The Messages page has 5 tabs:
All: These will display all the read and unread enquiries that you have received.
Pending: These will display all enquiries that you have received but not processed.
In Progress: These will contain all enquiries that are accepted and ongoing.
Done: These will contain all enquiries that are already processed.
Trash: All enquiries that have been deleted by you will be present in this tab.

You can search for a specific enquiry by entering the message, customer mobile number or name.

This page has the following columns:
Contacts: This column displays the details of the customer who has sent the enquiry.
Message: This column displays the subject of the enquiry.
Status: Displays the status of the enquiry.

Step 3.
Click on Reply next to the enquiry.

The following slider will be displayed.

Step 4.
Enter the message as required and click on Reply. Once the message is sent successfully, the following slider will be displayed.

You can select the status of the enquiry from the options provided. This will help you check your enquiries by just looking at the status labels.

Step 5.
Click on any enquiry and the following slider will be displayed.

1. Displays the customer’s name and details.
2. Click on Reply and you can type the reply to the customer.
3. This section displays the message sent by the customer.
4. Displays the status of the enquiry. Click on the drop-down to change the status.
5. You can add comments to the enquiry.
6. You can view the history of the enquiry in this section.

7.Clicking on this icon will delete the enquiry. These deleted enquiries will be present in the Trash tab.


Note

If you want to delete multiple enquiries, click on the enquiries that you want to delete and click on Trash


Restore Enquiry
In case you want to restore the enquiry that was deleted, you can select the products and click on Move to All .

NOTE: All restored enquiries will move back into the All tab.
Step 1.
Click on Inbox from the homepage.The following page will be displayed.Step 2.Click on the drop down arrow of the enquiry and the following options will be displayed.Info: Displays the contact details of the customers.
Mail: Opens the default mail through which you can reply to the customer.
Reply: Opens the following slider.Enter the response accordingly and click on Save.


Note
You can also click on the Whatsapp icon and reply via Whatsapp.

Step 3.
Click on any enquiry and the following page will be displayed.

1. Displays the customer name and other contact details.
2. Clicking on this option will open the default email app in your mobile.
3. You can reply to the enquiry by clicking on Reply.
4. You can call the customer by clicking on Call
5. This displays the enquiry message details.
6. You can change the enquiry status by clicking on the drop down.
7. Add comments to the enquiry
8. Clicking on this option will display the history of the enquiry.

9. Delete the enquiry.

Click on Save once you have made the necessary changes.

Add New Enquiries


Step 1.
Click on Inbox from the Sales drop down in the main menu.The following page will be displayed.Step 2.

Click on Add Enquiry and the following slider will be displayed.1. Enter the name of the customer.
2. Enter the mobile number of the customer.
3. Enter the email-address of the customer.
4. Enter the details related to the enquiry.
5. Enter comments (if any).
6. You can update the status accordingly and click on Save.
Step 1.

Click on to add the enquiry and the following page will be displayed.1. Enter the name of the customer.

3. Enter the email address of the customer.
4. Enter the details related to the enquiry.
