Stock Audit

The Stock Audit page allows you to keep a check on the products you have in stock in the system, against the actual count in the store.


Step 1.
Click on Inventory on the homepage.The following module will be displayed.Step 2.
Click on Manage Inventory. The following options will be displayed.Step 3.
Click on Stock Audit and the following page will be displayed on your screen.

How many products would be displayed?

The number of products that will be displayed in each list depends on the number of products (active as well as in stock) in your system. Based on that, Jd Omni will display 20 products, or 1% of total products, whichever is greater.

The maximum number of products that can be displayed is 100.

Example
Total active and instock products in system: 8500
1 % of 8500 is equal to 85 (which is greater than 20).
Number of products that will be displayed: 85
Total active and instock products in system: 1200
1 % of 1200 is equal to 12 (which is lesser than 20).
Number of products that will be displayed: 20
Total active and instock products in system: 25000
1 % of 25000 is equal to 250 (which is greater than 20).
Number of products that will be displayed: 100 (max allowed products is 100)

Print Audit
In case you want to print the displayed list, press Ctrl + P from your keyboard. Your system’s printing modal will open up, where you can process the print.

Step 4.
To generate a new list of the same outlet, or another outlet, click on the Generate New List button.

A list of all your outlets will be displayed as follows:

Select the outlet for which you want to generate a list, and another list of products at random will be displayed.

Step 1.
Click on Inventory on the Homepage.

The following module will be displayed.

Step 2.
Click on Stock Audit and the following page will be displayed. Stock Audit page will display you a list of products from your Inventory with their inventory details.

Step 3.
Click on to select the outlet for the Stock Audit.
