Inventory Report

This section enables you to export all the inventory related reports. You can download / export different types of inventory reports.


Instock Summary Report

Get a quick look at the products presently in stock, with respect  to the outlets.

Step 1.
Select Reports from the main menu.

The following page will be displayed.

Step 2.
Under Inventory section, click on Instock Summary Report.

Step 3.
Click on Export Reports to export the inventory into your system.

Features
Description
SKU
Stands for Stock Keeping Unit and is unique for each of the product.
PRODUCT_NAME
Lists the name of the product. (for e.g. Cadbury 5 Star – 21.5g)
HSN/SAC
Stands for Harmonized System of Nomenclature code and Services Accounting Code. This column allows you to add HSN/SAC for the products.
OUTLET-ACCOUNT
Lists the specific outlet account code linked with the product
Quantity
Number of pieces of each product that are available in the system at the time of exporting the report.

Detailed Instock Report

If you want a report that gets you the minutest details of the products currently in stock, this report will get you all the information regarding the batches of such products, outlet wise.

Step 1.
Select Reports from the main menu.

The following page will be displayed.

Step 2.
Under Inventory section, click on Detailed Instock Report.

Step 3.
Click on Export Reports to export the inventory into your system.

Descriptions
SKU
Stands for Stock Keeping Unit and is unique for each of the product.
PRODUCT_NAME
Lists the name of the product. (for e.g. Cadbury 5 Star – 21.5g)
HSN/SAC
Stands for Harmonized System of Nomenclature code and Services Accounting Code. This column allows you to add HSN/SAC for the products.
PRODUCT TYPE
Depending on where the product is to be sold, this will either be Online Retail Store (sold on online as well as retail store), or Purchase Only (sold only in the retail store)
SELL AS
Displays how the product is sold (as a loose product, packed product, or both)
NET WEIGHT/CONTENT
Total quantity of the product
MEASUREMENT UNIT
Denotes the measurement unit for the product (e.g. kg, ml, piece)
BATCH/LOT_NO_ID
This is a unique ID assigned to each batch. Do not edit this field.
BATCH/LOT_NO
Lists the number allotted to the batch which the product belongs to.
BATCH CREATION DATE
Date and time the batch was created.
OUTLET-ACCOUNT
Lists the specific outlet account code linked with the product.
BARCODE
Barcode for the product.
EXPIRY BY DATE
For products that have a specific expiry date (e.g. 12/12/2015)
MANUFACTURING_DATE
This is for products whose expiry date depends on the manufacturing date. This column lists the manufacturing date for the product.
BEST_BEFORE
For products whose expiry date depends on the manufacturing date, this denotes the period of time in which the product can be used.
DAYS / MONTHS / YEARS
The measuring unit for the BEST_BEFORE period of time (can be days, months, or years)
OUTWARD_STOCK
Total number of products for the specific batch number, that have been dispatched and is no longer in the system.
IN_STOCK_IN_SYSTEM
Total number of products that are present in the system, at the time of exporting the report.
IN_STOCK_BY_USER
This field can be used by you to update the number of products in the system. Once imported, these values will overwrite the values in IN_STOCK_IN_SYSTEM.
MRP
Maximum retail price for the product.
SELLING_PRICE
Selling price for the product as set by you.
SELLING_PRICE_PER_PC
In case the product is sold piece by piece, this list the selling price for each field. Else, will show as N/A.

It also displays data regarding the manufacturer’s name, supplier’s name, total instock value etc.

Out of Stock Report

This report gets you the information on all the products that were out of stock within a selected date range.

Step 1.
Select Reports from the main menu.

The following page will be displayed.

Step 2.
Under Inventory section, click on Out of Stock Report.

Step 3.
Select the date range or customize your date range by selecting Custom Range, then click on Export Reports .

Batch Wise Report

This report provides all the information about batches created within the date range selected by user.

Step 1.
Select Reports from the main menu.

The following page will be displayed.

Step 2.
Under Inventory section, click on Batch Wise Report.

Step 3.
Select the date range or customize your date range by selecting Custom Range, then click on Export Reports .

Expired Products

Extract data to find out about any/all products (along with batch details) that are in stock, but have expired.

Step 1.
Select Reports from the main menu.

The following page will be displayed.

Step 2.
Under Inventory section, click on Expired Products Report.

Step 3.
Click on Export Reports to extract the data .

Cost price for the product as set by you.
