Purchase Report

This section enables you to export all the purchase related reports. You can download / export different types of purchase reports.


Purchase Summary Report

This report provides the summary of all the purchase orders that were created within the selected date range.

Step 1.
Select Reports from the main menu.

The following page will be displayed.

Step 2.
Under Purchase section, click on Summary Report.

Step 3.
Select the date range or customize your date range by selecting Custom Range, then click on Export Reports .

Features
Description
Purchase Order Number
Displays the PO number of the purchase order.
Purchase Creation Date
Date and time the purchase was made.
Order Status
Displays the status of the purchase order.
Outlet-Account
Lists the specific outlet account code linked with the product
Expected Delivery Date
Date by which the delivery is expected to reach the destination.
Invoice Number & Date
Displays the invoice number and date when the invoice was created.
Returned Invoice Number & Return Invoice Date
Date and number of the return invoice, if any.
Total Gross Amount (Exclusive of Tax)
Total payable amount of the purchase order, excluding the product taxes applied.
Total Tax Amount
Total tax that was applied for products of the purchase order.
Total Payable(Inclusive of Tax)
Total payable amount of the purchase  order, including the taxes.
Amount Paid
Total amount that was paid to the supplier for the purchase order.
Amount Pending
Amount pending to be paid to the supplier.
Payment Id
Unique number assigned to each transaction (e.g. SPI-0000000022)
Supplier Name
Name of the supplier from whom the purchase was made
Contact person Name
Contact person for the specific supplier
Mobile No
Mobile No

Address
City
State

Purchase Detailed Report

This report provides detailed information of all the purchase orders that are created within a selected date range. In this report Purchase orders are shown with product details.

Step 1.
Select Reports from the main menu.

The following page will be displayed.

Step 2.
Under Purchase section, click on Detailed Report.

Step 3.
Select the date range or customize your date range by selecting Custom Range, then click on Export Reports .

Description
Purchase Order Number
Displays the PO number of the purchase order.
Purchase Creation Date
Date and time the purchase was made.
Order Status
Displays the status of the purchase order.
Outlet-Account
Lists the specific outlet account code linked with the product
Expected Delivery Date
Date by which the delivery is expected to reach the destination.
Invoice Number
Invoice Date
Date and number of the invoice generated.
Returned Invoice Number
Returned Invoice Date
Date and number of the return invoice generated, if any.
Product Name
Lists the name of the product. (for e.g. Cadbury 5 Star – 21.5g)
HSN/SAC
Stands for Harmonized System of Nomenclature code and Services Accounting Code. This column allows you to add HSN/SAC for the products.
Barcode
Barcode for the product.
Batch no
Lists the number allotted to the batch which the product belongs to.
MRP
Maximum retail price for the product
SP
Selling price for the product as set by you
CP
Cost price for the product as calculated or set by you
Quantity(Received/Returned)
Number of pieces of the product that were purchased (received in case of purchase order /returned in case of return order)
Total Gross Amount (Exclusive of Tax) Product Wise
Calculated amount without taxes for the specific product.
Tax ID
Total Tax Amount Product Wise
Total tax applied on the products
Net Amount (Incl. Of Tax) Product Wise
Total amount of the products, including the tax.
Total Gross Amount (Excl. of Tax) Invoice wise
Total Tax Amount (Invoice Wise)
Additional Adjustment (Invoice wise)
Amount manually added/subtracted as adjustments
Freight (Invoice wise)
Shipping/delivery charges
Round Off (Invoice wise)
Round offs, if carried out in the PO
Net Payable / Receivable (Invoice wise)
Total Amount of PO (Incl. of Tax)
Amount Paid / Received for PO
Total amount that was paid to the supplier in case of PO, or received in case of RPO
Amount Pending / Refund Pending for PO
Total amount that pending to be paid to the supplier, or received from the supplier.
Payment Id
Unique number assigned to each transaction (e.g. SPI-0000000022)

Name of the supplier from whom the purchase was made
contact person Name
Contact person for the specific supplier

Credit period assigned to the supplier associated to the PO

Export For Tally Report

You can continue running your business on our system, and have Tally track/manage all your financial data, to ease out your accounting part of the business.  With this option you can extract reports which are compatible with Tally.

Step 1.
Select Reports from the main menu.

The following page will be displayed.

Step 2.
Under Purchase section, click on Export For Tally Report.

Step 3.
Select the date range or customize your date range by selecting Custom Range, then click on Export Reports .

Descriptions
Store Id
Displays the code linked with the store from where the product was sold.
Outlet name
Displays the outlet name from where the product was sold.
Customer name
Displays the list of names of the customer.
Mobile no.
Displays  the mobile number associated with each customer.
Transaction id
Displays the code associated with each transaction.
Invoice type
Displays if the invoice is for sales order or purchase order.
Amount
Displays the total amount to be paid.
Payment source
Displays the payment made through which amount is paid.
