Custom Enquiry Form

Add New Custom Field


1. From the admin panel, Click on Settings > Custom Fields.

2. Click on Enquiry Form.

3. Click on Add New Form.

The following options will be displayed. Enter the details and click on Next.

1. In this field, you will enter the form name which will be visible to you only.
2. In this field, enter the title which will be the header of the enquiry form displayed on the site.
3. In this field, you will enter the subtitle which will be under the header of the enquiry form displayed on the site.

On clicking Next, the following options will be displayed.

Text : This option will allow you to enter any value in the order form.

Date : This option will allow you to enter the date in the order form.

Time : You can opt for this option for your customers to select a specific time.

Paragraph : You can opt for this option for your customers to write particular details in paragraph.

Multiple Choice : You can opt for this option when you want your customer to choose the answer from the given options for a particular question.

If you want to add more values in the multiple choice statement, click on Add Another Value and click on Save.

Drop down : You can add options in the drop down for your customers to select. Enter the field name that you want to add in the Dropdown option.

In case if you want to add more values in the dropdown, click on Add Another Value. and click on Save.


Note
To delete a value from the drop down click on . You can rearrange the values by clicking on and dragging it in the order as per your requirement.

Checkbox : You can add options for your customers to tick multiple values as their answer. Enter the field name that you want to add in the Checkbox option.

Add the value for your customers to select in the enquiry form. Click on Add Another Value to add more values and click on Save.

Attachment : If in case you want to add any attachment option in your enquiry form then click on this field.

Attachment Option in Custom Field

Step 1.
From the select type field, click on Attachment option.

Step 2.
Enter the name of the field.

Step 3.
Once added, click on Save button.

The added fields will appear as such on your online store:

So once your customer uploads the files, it looks as follows:


Important Note
Maximum 5 files can be uploaded & Maximum upto 5MB can be uploaded. Files (Extensions) that can be uploaded -
Images - jpg, jpeg & png
Documents - pdf, .doc, .docx, ppt, .pptx, .pps, .ppsx, xls, .xlsx, .odt, .xls, .xlsx, .zip & .rar

4. You can set a standard message for every enquiry sent. After submitting the query, all your enquirers will be shown this message. You can also ask your customers for a fixed amount, and mentioned the reason for this payment. You can pre-define payment success and failure message, which will be immediately shown to your customer on your website basis his payment status.

5. Click on Save to save the form.

1. From the Homepage, tap on Settings.

2. Tap on Custom Fields.

3. Tap on Enquiry.

4. Tap on Add New Form.

The following options will be displayed.

1. In this field, you will enter the form name which will be visible to you only.
2. In this field, enter the title which will be the header of the Enquiry Form displayed on the site.
3. In this field, you will enter the Subtitle will be under the header of the Enquiry Form displayed on the site.

5. Tap on Next.

The following options will be displayed.

Time : You can opt for this option for your customers to select a specific time. Enter the filed name and tap on Save button.

Paragraph : You can opt for this option for your customers to write particular details in paragraph. Enter the filed name and tap on Save button.

Multiple Choice : You can opt for this option when you want your customer to choose the answer from the given options for a particular question. Enter the name of the value in the multiple choice value section.

Tap on Add Another Value button to add new values.

Once done, tap on Save button to save the form.

Drop down : You can add options in the drop down for your customers to select. Enter the field name as well as add the value names that you want to add in the Dropdown value option.

In case if you want to add more values in the dropdown, tap on Add Another Value.


Note

From the select type field, click on Attachment option.

Enter the name of the field.

Step 3.
Once added, click on Save button.

Update Custom Fields


1. Click on Custom Fields in the Settings drop down.

2. Click on Enquiry Form.

3. Click on an enquiry form that you wish to edit.

4. Edit the details in the enquiry form and click on Save.

1. From the Homepage, tap on Settings.

2. Tap on Custom Fields.

3. Tap on Enquiry Form.

A list of all the enquiry forms will be displayed.

4. Select the enquiry form that you wish to edit from which you can add or remove form names, values etc. Once you have made the changes, tap on Save.

Delete Custom Fields


1. Click on Custom Fields in the Settings drop down.

2. The following slider will be displayed. Click on Enquiry Form.

3. Click on , next to the name of the enquiry form and click on Delete Form.

4. Click on Delete and the form will be deleted.

1. From the Homepage, tap on Settings.

2. Tap on Custom Fields.

3. Tap on Enquiry Form.

A list of all the enquiry forms will be displayed.

4. Select the enquiry form that you wish to delete and tap on .

5. A Delete dialog box appears. Tap on Delete in order to complete the process.

The form gets deleted successfully.
