Delivery Profiles

The Delivery Profile module allows you to configure the locations that you wish to keep eligible for home delivery orders. You can also configure COD, Delivery Time & Delivery Charges for any particular State, District or area. When a customer places an order from your site, he will be allowed to complete the order only if the delivery address comes under the enabled areas selected by you. This is carried out based on the pincode, then you can individually select pincodes across the country, where you want home delivery to be enabled.

Add New Delivery Profile


1. From your account, go to Settings > Delivery.

2. Click on View Delivery Profiles. It will display the profiles and profile zones created

3. Click on Add New Profile.

4. Enter the Profile Name and click on Save Profile.

5. Select the states where you want to enable the delivery. Click on View Districts, if you want to specify the districts.

Similarly click on View Pincodes to view and select the required pincodes.

6. Check on Enable COD if you want to enable cash on delivery for the location.

7. Check on Delivery Charge Per item and you can define the amount to charge for the delivery.


Note

Click on Additional Details.

You can define the delivery charge with the following parameters.

1. You can define the delivery charge per item.
2. You can set a minimum amount per order which will be eligible for home delivery.
3. Once you enable the Set free Delivery on Order Value toggle, you can enter the amount above which delivery charges will be free.

8. Check on Delivery Time and set the time period from the drop down option. Delivery time allows you to set a buffer time between the moment the order is set till the time the order will be delivered.

9. Click on Save Profile and the new profile will be created.

This functionality is currently unavailable for mobile.

Update Delivery Profile


1. From your account, go to Settings > Delivery.

2. Click on View Delivery Profiles. It will display the profiles and profile zones created

3. Click on any profile that you wish to update and the following page will be displayed.

4. Select the states where you want to enable the delivery. Click on View Districts, if you want to specify the districts.

Similarly click on View Pincodes to view and select the required pincodes.

5. Check on Enable COD if you want to enable cash on delivery for the location.

6. Check on Delivery Charge Per item and you can define the amount to charge for the delivery

To make the profile as default, click on Mark Default option.

Click on Yes and the selected profile will be marked as default.

Delete Delivery Profile


Step 1.
1. From your account, go to Settings > Delivery.2. Click on View Delivery Profiles. It will display the profiles and profile zones created

3. To delete the profile, click on next to that profile.

4. Click on Delete Profile and the profile will be deleted successfully.
