Delivery Schedule

Delivery is one of the most crucial parts of a business. You may lose out on a prospective customer in case of irregular delivery, high delivery charges or any other inconvenience.

Fixed Time Delivery


1. From your account, go to Settings > Delivery.

2. Click on Delivery Settings.

You can select the delivery schedule in two ways.

1. Fixed Time
2. Customer selects Time

Fixed Time

Fixed Time allows you to add fixed time and delivery charges on all the locations globally. You can select the parameters for which the charges will be applied.

Fixed Charge: This option allows you to add fixed delivery charges and time for all the orders irrespective of the size, shape, weight, quantity.

Weight: This option allows you to add delivery charges according to the weight of the product. You can also define the minimum weight of the package by  enabling the Enable Volumetric Weight Factor. Volumetric Weight is the minimum density of the actual package below which the actual weight is ignored and weight is calculated on Volumetric Weight (Length x Width x Height / Volumetric Weight Factor)

The Set Charge on Weight As section allows you to define charges as per the following parameters.

1. Fixed
2. Range

1. Fixed: Set a fixed delivery charge irrespective of the weight.
2. Range: You can define the minimum and maximum weight range in kilograms (KGS) and set the charge.

Quantity: This option allows you to add delivery charges according to the quantity of the product.

The Type of Charge on Quantity allows you to apply charges based on the following parameters.

1. Fixed: Set a fixed delivery charge irrespective of the quantity.
2. Range: You can set the delivery charge for the minimum and maximum product quantity with the following parameters.

Charge Per Item: You can define the minimum and maximum quantity range and set the charge per item.

Total Charge: You can define the minimum and maximum quantity range and set the total charge.

3. Define the Default Delivery Schedule within which the delivery will be made to the customer. Enter the minimum and the maximum number of time. Select the appropriate time duration from the drop down.

4. In Define Delivery Hours you can set the different delivery hours for different days. You can also add multiple time slots for one day.

This functionality is currently unavailable for mobile.

Customer Selects Exact Time for Delivery


1. From your account, go to Settings > Delivery.

2. Click on Delivery Settings.

You can select the delivery schedule in two ways.

1. Fixed Time
2. Customer selects Time

3. Select Customer Selects Time.

4. Select Exact Time.

Fixed Charge: This option allows you to add fixed delivery charges and time for all the orders irrespective of the size, shape, weight, quantity.

Weight: This option allows you to add delivery charges according to the weight of the product. The Enable Volumetric Weight Factor allows you the define the minimum weight of the package. Volumetric Weight is the minimum density of the actual package below which the actual weight is ignored and weight is calculated on Volumetric Weight (Length x Width x Height / Volumetric Weight Factor)

1. Charge per Item.
2. Total Charge

Charge Per Item: You can define the minimum and maximum quantity range and set the charge per item.

Total Charge: You can define the minimum and maximum quantity range and set the total charge.

You can define the following time parameters.

1. This section allows you to set a buffer between the order and the delivery time.
2. This section allows you to define the minimum days till which the customer can make an advanced booking.
3. This section allows you to define the time slot for each delivery.

5. Set the different delivery hours for different days in Define Delivery Hours. You can also add multiple time slots for one day.

6. Click on Save.

This functionality is currently unavailable for mobile.

Customer Selects Time Range for Delivery

Customer Selects Time allows the customer to select the delivery time from the options defined by you.


1. From your account, go to Settings > Delivery.

2. Click on Delivery Settings.

You can select the delivery schedule in two ways.

1. Fixed Time
2. Customer selects Time

3. Select Customer Selects Time.

4. Select Time Range.

5. You can set a standard time schedule for the delivery by selecting Standard Schedule. The Set Time Groups feature will be made available soon.

You can apply charges based on the following parameters.

1. Fixed Charge.
2. Weight.
3. Quantity.

The Charge will be based on allows you to apply delivery charges on the following parameters.

1. Fixed Charge
2. Weight
3. Quantity
