Transactions

The transactions page provides a summary of all the transactions made. It does not show pending or incomplete payments. Payment transactions of both – customers and suppliers can be seen on this page.


Step 1.
In the main menu, click on Transactionsfrom the Support & Opsdrop down.The following page will be displayed.

You can search a transaction by the name of customer/supplier or through the Transaction id.

Date: This displays the date on which the transaction was made
Transaction Id: This tab displays the transaction number.
Associate: If you are viewing transactions together under the All tab , the associate column helps you understand whether a particular person is a supplier or customer.
Amt Recd: If you have received payment from the customer/supplier then amount is displayed here.
Amt Paid: If you have made payment to the customer/supplier then amount is displayed here.

Step 2.
Click on Search By Customer and the following options will be displayed. You can select the option as per your requirement.

Step 3.
Click on the drop-down calendar and you can select time period of which you want to view the transaction.

Step 3.
From the Transaction ID column, click on the particular ID of which you want to view more details of.

Following page will be displayed.

  1. Transaction ID
  2. Name and associate title
  3. Date on which the transaction took place
  4. Total Payment Collected
  5. Complete payment details
  6. Order ID to which the transaction is linked

Step 4.
Click on the Order ID and the following page will be displayed.

This functionality is currently unavailable for mobile.
