Yes, you need to have your company registered to create your own website with Omni Websites

Can I create an online store like Flipkart or Snapdeal?
We provide you with a website for your own business but we do not offer a marketplace like Flipkart or Snapdeal.
How much time will it take to setup my online store?
Generally it takes 5 working days to build your website. But depending on your business type and other requirements, it may take up to 10 - 15 working days.
My technical knowledge is almost zero. Can I still create my online store on Omni Websites?
Ofcourse! That’s the beauty of our platform that even a non-technical person can create a basic online store easily. Also, for your help, we offer you knowledgebase, video tutorials, user manual, email & chat support for any queries. What is your refund policy?
We do not provide refunds and the contract is non-cancellable
Can I have multiple stores?
Definitely! You can have multiple stores in one account itself. This will help you in managing all the stores from one platform.
Do you charge commission on Sales made from my website?
No, we do not charge any commission on Sales. We intent to provide you with the best product & service that will help you in creating a successful online business.
I already have an online store on another eCommerce platform. Can I switch?
Yes, you can switch from another eCommerce platform to Omni but remember that the data from the old platform can't be transferred to the new one.
Do you guys support multivendor feature?
No, our website does not support multivendor feature.

The hosting is included with website package itself. So need not worry about purchasing your own hosting space.
I already have a domain name. Can I use that?
Yes, you can use your own domain.
Is my online store and data safe with Omni Websites?
Yes, your data and online store is safe and secure with us. We have 256 bit encryption for our servers. Also, firewall protects your data from attacks.
Can I use my own hosting?
Since Omni Websites provides you with their hosting, hence you can not use your own hosting.
What is the surety of my business on your platform?
We are providing you with an eCommerce website to manage your business. As we are not a marketing company so we can't give any commitment on your business but we have tools which you can use like SMS & Email campaigns to market your website and track your data using Google Analytics.
I already have a website for my business, can I just use the Payment Gateway and Logistic services from your end?
To use our services, you need to create your website with Omni Websites.
Do you sell SSL certificates?
Yes, we do provide you SSL certificates.
Can I use my own SSL?
Since Omni Websites provides you with SSL, hence you can not use your own SSL.
Do I need to add my bank details for online payments?
Yes, you need to update your bank details in the system to receive online payments in your bank account.
Can I integrate my own Courier partners on your platform for Logistic management?
Since we've already integrated a number of courier partners with your website, we do not allow you to integrate with any other courier partners.
Does my website created by you has COD facility as well?
Yes, we do have COD facility in our website which can be enabled or disabled by you as per your requirement.
Can I have weight or quantity based shipping for my products?
Yes, you can configure the delivery charges as per weight or quantity of the products.
Can I restrict shipping of my products to specific areas?
Yes, you can restrict the shipping of your products to specific states, districts and pincodes by making changes in the delivery profile settings.
How many Products & Categories can I add in my system?
Once you've upgraded to our paid plan, you can add unlimited products and categories in your system.
Can I upload multiple images to a product?
You can upload multiple images for your products but the upload is restricted to 40 images per product.
Can I upload products in Bulk?
Yes, you can add products in bulk by updating the product details in an Excel format and uploading the list in your system.
Can I download the complete list of the products in my system?
Yes, you can export the complete list of products active in your system in Excel format.
Can I add variants for products?
Yes, you can add multiple variants while adding products in your system.
What if I want to sell loose products?
You can manage the inventory and sell loose products offline but we do not support the selling of loose products on your website.
Which Payment Gateways are offered?
We are open for any payment gateway. Jd Pay is preferred because that is by default integrated, w/o any technical or manual intervention by you. PG charges offered are also best and very competitive. We are working on integrating popular Payment Gateways all over the world and they will be available very soon.
When will I get payment in my account for Prepaid orders?
The payment for Prepaid orders will be transferred to your account within 3 hrs of the transaction. However, due to any technical issues, it can take up to 24 hrs.
Can I collect International payments?
Yes, our system allows you to accept International payments.
What currencies does Omni Websites work with?
There is no restriction on currency as far as PG you chose supports the currency you want to deal in. If you are using Jd Pay as a PG, then the currency is INR. We are also integrated with Paypal that supports all the major currencies over the world.
Which languages does my website support?
Our website supports 8 regional languages that includes English, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Gujurati, Tamil, Kannada and Telugu.
Does Omni Websites provide any SEO tools?
Yes, we provide you with SEO tool wherein you can add the SEO details and make your website search engine optimized.
Can I add SEO details to images and texts too?
Yes, you can add SEO details to the texts and images of your website and enable your content on various search engines.
How many themes do you have? Are they customisable?
We have more than 6000 themes which can be edited by you as per your business category.
Can I customize the templates provided by you?
Our templates our designed in a such a way that you can customise them as per your requirement without any hassle.
Is your website mobile responsive?

You can link your social media platforms with your website using the Contact & Social Links section that is displayed in the header of your website.
I have created my own blog. Can I link it with my website?
Yes, you can add the link of your blog in the website either using the Social Links section or by linking it to any title, text, button or image.
Can I upload my own logo on the website?
Not only we allow you to upload your own logo, but also create your own logo using our logo editor.
I want to add images or files on my website. Can I add?
You can add the images or documents and link it to any text, button or image using Download Files option.
What if I want to add videos regarding my business on the website? Can I do that?
You can add YouTube video links to display them on your website.
Can I customize my own website?
Your websites our designed in a such a way that you can customise them as per your requirement without any hassle.
How many images can I upload in my Gallery?
You can upload multiple images in the Gallery but the upload is restricted to 54 images.
I want to add feedbacks of my customers. Is there any way I can do that?
To market your website and show it's brighter side, you can add Customer Testimonials/Feedbacks that will display trust and reliability of the website.
If my customers want to save any product for future, can I have a Wishlist for them?
Yes, you can enable Wishlist option in Settings and allow your customers to save products for a later purchase.
My customers want to rate and add reviews about the product/service I'm offering. Is there anything that will allow them to do so?
Yes, you can allow your customers to rate and give reviews about the products/services that you are offering by enabling the Review and Ratings option in Settings.
Can you attach Enquiry forms with my website so my customers can submit their queries?
You can create your own enquiry forms using your website control panel and link it to any text, button or image on your website.
How will I communicate with my customers? Is there any tool in the website that will help me for that?
We have integrated a number of chat tools like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Zendesk Chat, Olark, with your websites that will help you in communicating with your customers conveniently.
Is there any tool to track my website traffic?
You can track your website traffic using Google Analytics tools which is integrated with your website as a widget.
Where can I display my contact details to the customers?
Display your contact information using Contact Us block and Notification card. The contact details will be displayed in the website header & footer by default.
Can I display the categories on my website?
Showcase your categories using the Category block on your website. This will allow you to choose which categories you want to display to your customers.
Can my customers book an appointment online through my website?
By enabling Booking in the Settings, you can configure the Booking Setup and allow your customers to seamlessly book an appointment through your website without the need of visiting your shop.
Can I schedule the booking hours according to my availability?
Yes, you can configure Online Booking hours according to your business timings and availability.
