SMS Campaign

This module allows you to send promotional messages to your customers via SMS to your customers so that they are updated about your products/services.


Step 1.
From your main menu, navigate to the Marketing section and select Campaign from the drop-down options.The following page will be displayed. A list of all the campaigns run previously can be viewed on this page.Date: This column displays the date and time on which the campaign was sent.
Campaign Name: This column displays the name of the campaign run.
Campaign Type: This displays where the campaign was run i. e was an SMS sent to the customer or a notification was displayed on the app.
Status: This displays whether the campaign has been sent or saved as draft

Step 2.
Click on New Campaign and the following modal will be displayed.

Step 3.
Click on SMS and you will receive the following modal on your screen.

Step 4.
Enter the Campaign Name.

Step 5.
The Select Customer By section allows you to choose a set of customers to whom you want to send the promotional SMS.

Select Customers to Send Campaign

There are four options by which you can select customers to send campaigns.

All Customers

Step 1.
Select All Customers, and all the customers that are present in your system will be selected and the count will be displayed along with View list button.

Step 2.
Click on View List to view the list of all the customers.

Click on Continue to proceed.

Active customer

Step 1.
Select Active Customer and it will display the options with radio button like 7days,30 days,90 days,180 days and 365 days.

  • Since 7 days: Selects the customer that were active since 7 days.
  • Since 30 days: Selects the customer that were active since 1 month.
  • Since 90 days: Selects the customer that were active since 3 months.
  • Since 180 days: Selects the customer that were active since 6 months.
  • Since 365 days: Selects the customer that were active since 1 year.

On selecting any of the options above ,total count of  customer will be displayed along with the View list button.

Step 2.
Once done, click on Send SMS button.

Group

Step 1.
Select Group and it will display all the groups create by you along with the All Group option.

On selecting any of the groups, total count of  customer will be displayed along with the View list button.

Step 2.
Click on Send SMS once you have made the necessary changes.

List of Customer

Step 1.
Select List of Customer and the following slider will be displayed on the screen

The customer list has the following tabs:

  • Add Customer: Displays the name of the customers in your system.
  • View Selected: Displays the name of the selected customer.

Step 2.
Select the customers to whom you want to send the SMS.

Step 3.
Click on the Continue once the customers are selected.


View Selected

In the view customer tab you can remove the selected customer by clicking on 'X'.

  • You can clear all the selected customers by clicking on Clear All.
  • You can also search for a customer in given search bar.

Step 4.
Click on Send SMS once you have made all the changes.

Step 6.
Enter a brief and clear message that you want to send to your customers in Compose SMS message section. The message should be such that it attracts the customer to find out more about the campaign. The maximum word limit is 160 characters.

Step 7.
Enter a mobile number in Send Test SMS to send a trial message to yourself or any staff member.


Important Note
You can save the created campaign for further use by clicking on the Save as draft.

Step 8.
Click on Send SMS to send the composed message to the selected customers.

Step 9.
An SMS campaign pop-up box will be displayed on the screen for confirmation. Click on the Send.

The newly created campaign will appear in the Promotions/Campaigns page.

Step 1.
Click on Campaign from the Homepage.

The following page will be displayed.

Step 2.
Click on Add New Campaign and you will receive the following options.

Step 3.
Click on SMS and the following page will be displayed on your screen.

Step 4.
Enter the Campaign Name.

Step 5.
Enter a brief and clear message that you want to send to your customers in Compose SMS message section. The message should be such that it attracts the customer to find out more about the campaign. The maximum word limit is 160 characters.

Step 6.
Select the Outlet for which you want to run the SMS campaign. You can click on Select All Outlets if you want to select all the outlets.

Step 7.
The Select Customer By section allows you to choose a set of customers to whom you want to send the promotional SMS.

Select Customer for Sending Campaign

There are four options by which you can select customers to send campaigns.

All Customers

Step 1.
Select All Customers, and all the customers that are present in your system will be selected and the count will be displayed along with View list button.

Step 2.
Click on View List to view the list of all the customers.

Click on Continue to proceed.

Active customer

Step 1.

Once done, click on Send SMS button.
