WebEngage

WebEngage involves interacting with customers which helps the businessmen to communicate and also implement Cross Channel engagements, Push Notifications, In-App and Web messages, Emails and much more.

To gain multiple features through one application, we’ve introduced WebEngage in your account.


Step 1.
Click on Customize Website from the main menu.

Step 2.
Click on Customize Website.

The following page will be displayed.

Step 3.
Click on Widget and the following options will be displayed.

Step 4.
Click on WebEngage and the following slider will be displayed.

Step 5.
In the Embed Code section, paste the code which you’ve copied from your WebEngage account and click on Apply .


Note

To obtain your code for WebEngage, you need to create a new account.

Step 1.
Click here to register with WebEngage.

Once registered, the following page will be displayed click on Integrations.

Step 2.
Select SDK, from the drop-down.

Step 3.
Scroll down and enter your Website URL and click on Save & Continue .

Step 4.
Copy the code which is displayed by clicking on the copy icon as shown below

Once done, return back to your account and paste the code.

Step 6.
You will find that in the Widgets section, your WebEngage account will be displayed as Active.

Step 1.
Click on Customize Website from the Homepage.

Step 2.
Click on Customize Website.

Step 3.
Click on More and the following options will be displayed.

Step 4.
Click on Widget.  You will receive the following options.

Step 5.
Click on WebEngage and the following screen will be displayed.

Step 6.
In the Embed Code section, paste the code which you’ve copied from your WebEngage account and click on Apply
