WebEngage

WebEngage involves interacting with customers which helps the businessmen to communicate and also implement Cross Channel engagements, Push Notifications, In-App and Web messages, Emails and much more.

To gain multiple features through one application, we’ve introduced WebEngage in your account.


1. From the admin panel, click on Customise Website.

2. On the following page, click on Add Ons.

3. From the displayed menu, click on WebEngage.

4. In the Embed Code section, paste the code which you’ve copied from your WebEngage account and click on Activate.

Your WebEngage account gets activated with an active tag being displayed alongside WebEngage option.

5. If you want to deactivate WebEngage, first select WebEngage option from the Add Ons slider.

6. Click on Clear next to the Embed code and click on Save.

Your WebEngage account gets deactivated successfully.


Note

To obtain your code for WebEngage, you need to create a new account.

Step 1.
Click here to register with WebEngage.

Once registered, the following page will be displayed click on Integrations.

Step 2.
Select SDK, from the drop-down.

Step 3.
Scroll down and enter your Website URL and click on Save & Continue .

Step 4.
Copy the code which is displayed by clicking on the copy icon as shown below

Once done, return back to your account and paste the code.

3. Tap on Add Ons.

4. Select WebEngage option from the list.

5. Paste the embed code provided by WebEngage in the Embed Code field and tap on Activate.

Your WebEngage account will get activated with an active tag being displayed alongside the WebEngage option.

6. If you want to deactivate WebEngage, first select WebEngage from the list.

7. Tap on Clear next to the Embed code and tap on Save.

Your WebEngage account gets deactivated successfully.
