Zendesk Chat

With Zendesk Chat, visitors to your website will be able to chat directly with you through the widget and you can manage multiple conversations through the online Dashboard.


1. From the admin panel, click on Customise Website.

2. On the following page, click on Add Ons.

3. From the displayed menu, click on Zendesk Chat.

4. In the Embed Code section, paste the code which you’ve copied from your Zendesk account and click on Save.

Step 1.
Visit www.zopim.com from  your browser.Once clicked, following page opens up.

Step 2.
Enter your name and email address to begin and click on Try Chat.

Step 3.
You will receive a welcome message. Click on Next .

Step 4.
Enter your name and other details and click on Next.

Step 5.
Copy the code and paste it in the link section in your customize website to activate the widget.

Click on Customize Website from the Homepage.

Step 2.
Click on Customize Website.

Step 3.
Click on More and the following options will be displayed.

Step 4.
Click on Widget.  You will receive the following options.

Step 5.
Click on Zendesk Chat and the following screen will be displayed.

Step 6.
In the Embed Code section, paste the code which you’ve copied from your Zendesk account and click on Apply.
