Dashboard

The dashboard provides a statistical representation of your business performance in critical areas such as sales and orders on a timely basis. It highlights the areas which require your immediate attention. The dashboard also gives a brief information of the total number of orders placed and the amount generated for the day.


1. To access the module, click on the Dashboard from the Admin panel.


The following page gets displayed in which you can view your sales earning, receive order details, view your gross profit, and check details of new customers that have been associated with your business on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.


Note
The Top Sellers section appears only on the Week and Month sections.

2. To view order details, click on View Details under Orders or Sales sections.

The following page gets displayed.


3. To view customer details, click on View Details under New Customers section.

The following page gets displayed.

4. The Inventory tab displays two counts, namely:

  • Out Of Stock: Displays the number of products that have been exhausted, and need to be restocked in your inventory.
  • Low Inventory: Displays the number of products that are running low on inventory, and would be out of stock soon.

 

5. To view inventory details of the products, click on View Details under Inventory section.

The following page gets displayed.


6. At the bottom of the Dashboard detail page, there are two reports namely:

  • Order Reports: Includes Orders and Payment Pending Reports.
  • Inventory Reports: Includes Instock and Out Of Stock Products Reports.

 

7. On clicking on any of the reports, an export pop up window appears displaying the time range for which the reports were created. Click on Export Reports in order to share it.

These reports are basically used to maintain and share various records for analyzing purpose.

1. To access the module, tap on Dashboard from the Home page.
