Home

The Home page is the main landing page which is displayed when you log into your account.


1. Log into your account. The following page will be displayed.

2. Click on Yes, I’m Interested to allow notifications from Omni. Click on Not Now if you do not want notifications.

3. The Home page displays the following option for quick access.

Inbox: This option lets you to send and receive messages form your customers.

Orders: This option lets you to create, view, and update orders.

Clicking on  will display all messages that have been sent to you by us. These can include any technical message indicating about the unavailability of a certain module, special offers and promotions, intimation about upgrades in your system, announcement of new features etc.

4. Click on the Burger icon . The following slider will be displayed.

  • Language: Lets you select language of your choice.
  • Go to My Website: Redirects you to the website page.
  • Dashboard: It lists details such as sales, gross profit, orders generated and new customers that you have received.
  • Quick Setup: Lets you to quickly update and edit your products, inventory, customers, notification settings, etc.
  • Payments: It deals with online payment transactions with your customers.
  • Sales: It lets you to manage your inbox inquiry, orders, and customer profiles.
  • Marketing: Enables you to provide discounts and notifications to your customers.
  • Stock: Enables you to update your inventory details for your products or services that you intent to sell to your customers.
  • Support & Ops: It deals with payment of bill and transaction details.
  • Reports: Enables you to create statistical files and spreadsheets to track down your sales and profits.
  • Tally Export: The Tally integration functionality allows your system to work in sync with Tally. You can continue running your business and have Tally track/manage all your financial data.
  • Customise Website: Enables you to redesign and manage your website.
  • Settings: Enables you to update additional details regarding your business.
  • Downloads: Provides information about files that are required to keep your website compatible with the system.
  • Help: Redirects you to the Omni Websites help manual.
  • Outlets: It lets you to select the outlet which is registered under your business name.

Note

If you have more than one outlet store registered in your business name, you will have the option to select the store from the drop-down list.

3. On the Home page, there is a footer present at the bottom which enables you to have quick access to the system.

  • Home: Displays the Home page of your Account.
  • Orders: Displays the Orders section of your website.
  • : It is Voice Search.
  • Inbox: Displays the message list of your customers.
  • Help: Displays the Help Manual page of Omni Websites.

Note
If you have more than one outlet store registered in your business name, you will have the option to select the store from the drop-down list.
