Add / Update KYC / Bank Details

Know Your Customer (KYC) is a mandatory process while opening an account in any bank. By this process banks collect information about their account holders and verify if the source of the customer funds is legitimate. The KYC process ensures that there is no misuse of banking services and your company is protected against fraud and losses resulting from illegal funds and transactions..

Add KYC / Bank Details

You need to add KYC and other banking details so that all online transactions can be carried out smoothly.


1. From the Admin panel, click on Payments.

2. From the Online Payments page, Click on Add KYC/Bank details.

3.The following page opens up. Enter the required details and click on Save.

Your KYC gets added.

1. From the  Burger icontap on Payments.

2. From the Online Payments page, tap on Add KYC/Bank details. 

3. From the following page, enter the required details and save it.

Your KYC gets added.

Update KYC / Bank Details

This option allows you to edit your KYC details in case of any changes.


1. Under Settings option, click on Payments.

2. Under Payments slider, click on Settings.

3. From the following slider, click on Update KYC & Bank Details.

The following page will be displayed on your screen. Here you can edit the account holder name and other details. You will have to upload the supporting documents as proof.

4. Once you click on Save, an OTP verification code is sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP in the given field.

5. In case you haven’t received the code on your registered mobile number you can again click on Resend Code.

6. Once you have verified your mobile number, your KYC/ Bank details will be sent for approval and status will change to approval pending. Click on Save, in order to complete the process.

3. From the following slider, tap on Update KYC & Bank Details.

4. You can edit the account holder name and other details. You will have to upload the supporting documents as proof. Tap on Save after updating your KYC / Bank details.

5. An OTP verification code is sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP in the given field.

6. In case you haven’t received the code on your registered mobile number you can again tap on Resend Code.

7. Once you have verified your mobile number, your KYC/ Bank details will be sent for approval and status will change to approval pending. Tap on Save, in order to complete the process.
