Sales Report

This section enables you to export all the sales related reports. You can download / export different types of sales reports.


Summary Report

Select a date range, and get a report of all orders that were processed to customers, including order confirmation, delivery status, order channel, payment made, and so on.

Step 1.
Select Reports from the main menu.

The following page will be displayed.

Step 2.
Under Sales section click on Summary Report.

Step 3.
Select the date range or customize your date range by selecting Custom Range, then click on Export Reports.

The following information will be exported in the report.

Features
Description
Sales Order No
Lists the unique number for the particular sale (e.g. SO-0000109)
Outlet/Account
Lists the specific outlet account code linked with the product from where it was sold.
Billed By
Lists the name of the staff member who billed/confirmed the order.
Order Date
Date of the sale.
Invoice Number
Displays the invoice created
Invoice Date
Date of invoice created.
Order Billed
Displays whether the order has been billed by you, or is pending to be billed.
Delivery Status
Depending on the status of the delivery, this can either be fulfilled (the customer has received the goods) or else unfulfilled (the customer is yet to receive the goods)
Payment Status
Denotes whether payment for the order is paid, unpaid, or partially paid.
Delivery Date
Date and time when the delivery was made to the customer. In case the status is unfulfilled, the expected delivery date and time is listed.
Return Order Associated
Displays the Return Order number, associated to the sales order, if any.
Sales Channel
Denotes the type of delivery; whether Cash N Carry or else Home Delivery
Sales Channel Order ID
In case of online orders, displays the unique order ID based on whether it was placed on the website, or app.
Payment Ids
Unique number assigned to each customer related payment (e.g. CPI-0000000022)
Payment Methods
Displays the methods through which payment is done.
Payment Details
Displays the amount paid along with the payment method.
Net payable (Exclusive of Tax)
Total payable amount of the order, excluding the product taxes applied.
Waive Off
 Displays the amount that was waived off while processing the order
Total Tax Applied
Total tax that was applied for products of the order.
Net payable (Inclusive of Tax)
Total payable amount of the order, including the taxes. [Net Payable (Exclusive of Tax) + Total Tax Applied]
Total Paid Amount
Total amount that was paid by the customer for the order.
Payment pending Amount
Amount pending to be paid by the customer
Customer Name
Name of the customer who has purchased the goods.
Customer ID
Customer Mobile Number
PAN
GSTIN
Customer E-mail
Customer Address
Pincode
City

Detailed Sales Report

This report provides detailed information of all the Sales orders that are created within the selected date range. This report also contains products details along with sales order.

Step 1.
Select Reports from the main menu..

The following page will be displayed.

Step 2.
Under Sales section click on Detailed Report.

Step 3.
Select the date range or customize your date range by selecting Custom Range, then click on Export Reports .

Descriptions
Order Date
Date of the sale.
Invoice Date
Date of invoice created.
Sales Order No
Lists the unique number for the particular sale (e.g. SO-0000109)
Invoice no
Lists the specific outlet account code linked with the product from where the product was sold.
Outlet
Displays the outlet from which the order was placed.
Billed By
Lists the name of the staff member who billed/confirmed the order.
Order Billed
Displays whether the order has been billed by you, or is pending to be billed.
Delivery Status
Depending on the status of the delivery, this can either be fulfilled (the customer has received the goods) or else unfulfilled (the customer is yet to receive the goods)
Payment Status
Denotes whether payment for the order is paid, unpaid, or  partially paid.

Return Order Id
Displays the Id of the return order.
Sales Channel
Denotes the type of delivery; whether Cash N Carry or else  Home Delivery
Sales Channel Order ID
In case of online orders, displays the unique order ID  based on whether it was placed on the website, or app.
SKU
Stands for Stock Keeping Unit and is unique for each of  the product.
Product Name
Lists the name of the product. (for e.g. Cadbury 5 Star –  21.5g)
HSN/SAC
Stands for Harmonized System of Nomenclature code and Services Accounting Code. This column allows you to add HSN/SAC for the products.
Brand
Displays the brand of the product.
Main Category
Lists the name of the product. (for e.g. Cadbury 5 Star –  21.5g)
Sub Category Level 1
Sub Category Level 2
 Lists the product sub category listing.
Barcode
Displays the barcode generated for each product.
Quantity
Number of pieces of each product that are available in the  system at the time of exporting the report.
MRP
Maximum retail price for the product.
Rate
Displays the rate at which product was sold.
Tax Type
Displays the type of tax applicable.
Tax
Displays the tax that was applied on the product.
Discount
Displays the discount that was applied on the products.
Selling Price
Selling price for the product as set by you.
Final Price
Final price for which you sold the product.
Total Sales
Displays the total sales done.
Total Tax
Displays the total tax applied.
Total Discount
Gives the total discounts that was applied.
Additional Discount
Displays the additional discount that was applied on the products.
Additional Adjustment
Displays the additional adjustment done.
Delivery Charges
Displays the charges that was applied during product  delivery.
Cancellation Charges
Displays the cancellation charges that was applied when the order was cancelled.
Round Off
Displays the round off charges.
Net payable
Total payable amount of the order.
Waive Off
Total Paid Amount
Displays the total amount paid.
Payment Pending Amount
Amount pending to be paid by the customer
Payment Id
Unique number assigned to each transaction (e.g. SPI-0000000022 or CPI-0000000022)
Payment Method
Displays the method through which amount was paid.
Payment Details
Displays the amount paid along with the payment method.
Customer Id
Unique number assigned to each customer.
Customer Name
Displays the name of the customer.

Payment Pending Report

In case you require to know how much your customers owe you, this report provides all the information regarding orders for which payments are pending within a selected date range.

Step 1.
Select Reports from the main menu.

The following page will be displayed.

Step 2.
Under Sales section, click on Payment Pending Report.

Step 3.
Select the date range or customize your date range by selecting Custom Range, then click on Export Reports.

Staff-Wise Report

This report provides the summary of all the sales made, staff-wise.

Step 1.
Select Reports from the main menu.

The following page will be displayed.

Step 2.
Under Sales section, click on Staff-Wise Report.

Step 3.
Select the date range or customize your date range by selecting Custom Range, then click on Export Reports .

Month
Displays the month in which order was processed.
Staff Name
Displays the names of staff members.
Mobile no.
Lists the mobile numbers associated with each staff  members.

 

Total Order Processed
Gives the count of orders processed by each staff member.
Payments Processed
Gives the count of total payments processed.
Total Sales
Displays the amount of total sales done in that date range.
Return Sales
Displays the amount of total return sales.
Net Sales(Excludes Return Sales)
Displays the total amount of net sales done within that  date  range excluding the return sales.
Cash
Gives the total amount that was paid by cash against  associated staff member.
Cash Returned
Gives the total amount of cash returned.
Purchase Cash
Gives the total count of purchase cash.
Purchase Return Cash
Gives the total count of purchase return cash.
Net Cash
Displays the total amount of cash.
Sodexo
Gives the amount that was paid by Sodexo against  associated staff member.
Return Sodexo
Gives the total amount that was returned by Sodexo      against associated staff member.
Net Sodexo
Gives the total amount that was paid by Sodexo against  associated staff member.
Ticket Restaurant
Gives the amount that was paid by ticket restaurant against  associated staff member.
Return Ticket Restaurant
Gives the total amount that was returned by ticket restaurant against associated staff member.
Net Ticket Restaurant
Gives the total amount that was paid by ticket restaurant against  associated staff member.
Jd Pay
ives the total amount that was paid through Jd pay against associated staff member.
Online Payments
Gives the total amount that was paid online against  associated staff member.
Debit/Credit Card
Gives the total amount that was paid by Debit/Credit  card against  associated staff member.
Cheque
Gives the total amount that was paid by Cheque against associated staff member.
No. of Credit Orders
 Displays the number of orders placed by customer credit
No. of POD/COD Orders
 Displays the number of POD/COD orders processed by that staff member
POD/COD Sales
 Displays the total amount of POD/COD sales by that staff member

Product/Service-Wise Report

This report provides details of the individual products that were sold out from your store.

Step 1.
Select Reports from the main menu.

The following page will be displayed.

Step 2.
Under Sales section, click on Product/Service Wise Report.

Step 3.
Select the date range or customize your date range by selecting Custom Range, then click on Export Reports .

Step 4.
Search for the Product/Service name in the search bar.

Step 5.
Next, select the date range and click on Export button.

Order Date
Date of when was the order placed.
Sales Order Mo.
Lists the unique number for the particular sale (e.g. SO-0000109)
Invoice No.
Displays the list of invoice number.

This report gives a sales summary of all the products and services.

Export For Tally Report

You can export reports which are compatible with Tally for accounting purposes

Step 1.
Select Reports from the main menu.

The following page will be displayed.

Step 2.
Under Sales section click on Export For Tally Report.

Step 3.
Select the date range or customize your date range by selecting Custom Range, then click on Export Reports.

Displays the code linked with the store from where the product was sold.

Cancelled Orders Report

This report provides detail information of all the cancelled and partially billed orders that are created within the date range selected. This report also contains products details along with cancelled orders.

Select Reports from the main menu.

The following page is displayed.

Under Sales section, click on Cancelled Orders Report.

Step 3.
Select the date range or customize your date range by selecting Custom Range, then click on Export Reports.

Online Payments Report

This report provides detailed information of all the payments made by your customer online.
Step 1.
From the Report section, under Sales click on Online Payments option.

Step 2.

Select the date range or customize your date range by selecting Custom Range, then click on Export Reports .

Displays the status of payment, if it was transferred or not.

Displays the date when the when the amount was transferred in your account
Transaction ID
Displays the transaction id of the transaction carried out for an order
Customer Name
Displays the name of the customer to whom the order belongs.
Customer Mobile No.
Displays the name of the mobile number of the customer
Customer Email Id
Displays the email id of the customer.
