Add / Update Staff Members

This page allows you to add staff members and provide them access to modules such as billing, inventory etc depending on their roles and responsibilities.

Add New Staff Member


Step 1.
Click on Staff Members in the Settings drop-down.

The following page will be displayed.

A list of all the staff members added will be displayed with the name, mobile number and email address.

Step 2.
Click on Add New Staff Member.

The following pop-up will be displayed.

1. Enter the First Name and the Last Name of the staff member.
2. Enable this option if staff member is a delivery boy.
3. Enter the staff member’s mobile number.
4. Enter the staff member’s email address.
5. Enter the password which will be used by the staff member to log into the portal.
6. Re-enter the password to confirm.

Click on Next to continue

Step 3.
Click on the sections that you wish you give permissions to the staff member.

Click on Save Permissions and the staff member will be successfully added.

Step 1.
Click on Settings from the main menu.

The following page will be displayed.

Step 2.
Click on Staff Members and the following page will be displayed.

A list of all the staff members added will be displayed with the name, mobile number and email address.

Step 3.
Click on and the following page will be displayed.

1. Enter the First Name and the Last Name of the staff member.
2. Enter the staff member’s mobile number.
3. Enter the staff member’s email address.
4. Enter the password which will be used by the staff member to log into the portal.
5. Re-enter the password to confirm.
6. Enable this option if staff member is a delivery boy.
7. Select the sections for which you want to give permission to the staff member.

Click on Save and the staff member will be created successfully.

Add New Delivery Boy


Step 1.
Click on Staff Members in the Settings drop-down.

The following page will be displayed.

A list of all the staff members added will be displayed with the name, mobile number and email address.

Step 2.
Click on Add New Staff Member.

The following pop-up will be displayed.

1. Enter the First Name and the Last Name of the staff member.
2. Enable this option if staff member is a delivery boy.
3. Enter the staff member’s mobile number.
4. Enter the staff member’s email address.
5. Enter the password which will be used by the staff member to log into the portal.
6. Re-enter the password to confirm.

Click on Next to continue

Step 3.
An OTP will be sent to the registered number. Enter the OTP in the OTP verification box.

Step 4.
Click on the sections that you wish you give permissions to the staff member.

Click on Save Permissions and the staff member will be successfully added.

Step 4.

Update Staff Member Details


Step 1.
Click on Staff Members in the Settings drop-down.

The following page will be displayed.

A list of all the staff members added will be displayed with the name, mobile number and email address.

Step 2.
Click on the staff member that you want to edit. The following page will be displayed.

Step 3.
You can change the Account Information like Name, Mobile Number etc. You can also add or edit the permissions for the staff member in the Permission Settings.

Step 4.
Click on Save once you have made the changes.

Step 1.
Click on Settings from the main menu.

The following page will be displayed.

Step 2.
Click on Staff Members and the following page will be displayed.

A list of all the staff members added will be displayed with the name, mobile number and email address.

Step 3.
Click on any staff member that you want to edit and the following page will be displayed. You can change the staff members details, permissions and password.

Step 4.
Click on Save once you have made the required changes.

Delete Staff Member


Step 1.
Click on Staff Members in the Settings drop-down.

The following page will be displayed.

A list of all the staff members added will be displayed with the name, mobile number and email address.

Step 2.
Click on the staff member that you want to delete. The following page will be displayed.

Step 3.
On the bottom of the page click on Delete Staff Member.

You will receive the following pop-up.

Click on Delete Member.

Step 1.
Click on Settings from the main menu.

The following page will be displayed.

Step 2.
Click on Staff Members and the following page will be displayed.

A list of all the staff members added will be displayed with the name, mobile number and email address.

Step 3.
Click on any staff member that you want to delete and the following page will be displayed.

Step 4.
Click on and you will receive the following pop-up.

Click on Delete and the staff member will be deleted successfully.
