Orders

Custom fields allow you to create extra fields to gather detailed information about your customers. You can create these field on the orders page while creating an invoice.

Add New Custom Field


1. Click on Custom Fields in the Settings drop down.

The following slider will be displayed. Click on Orders.

2. Click on Add Custom Field.

The following options will be displayed, they are as follows:

  1. This option will allow you to enter any value in the order form.
  2. This option will allow you to enter the date in the order form.
  3. This option allows you to select from a list of values from a dropdown while creating an order.

3. While clicking on Dropdown, following options get displayed.

  1.  Enter the field name.
  2.  Add the drop down values.
  3. You can add multiple values by clicking on Add Another Value.

4. To update the changes made, click on Save.


Note

You can view these custom fields while creating invoice.

You can also view these custom fields while creating orders.

1. Tap on Settings in the main menu.

2. Tap on Custom Fields.

3. Tap on Orders.

4. Tap on Add Custom Field.

The following options will be displayed.

1. Text: This option allows you to enter any value in the order form.

2. Date: This option allows you to enter the date in the order form.

3. Dropdown: Allows you to add certain optional values into the form. The following options will be displayed.

1. Enter the field name.
2. Add the drop down values.
3. Allows you to add multiple values.

Tap on Save.

Update Custom Fields


1. Click on Custom Fields in the Settings drop down.

The following slider will be displayed. Click on Orders.

2. Click on any of the custom fields that you want to edit. The following slider will be displayed.

3. Update and edit the custom fields as per your requirement. You can change the field name, values etc depending on the custom field selected.

4. Click on Save once you have made the changes.

2. Tap on Custom Fields.

3. Tap on Orders and the list of all custom orders will be displayed.

4. Tap on any of the custom fields that you want to edit and you can change the field name, values etc depending on the custom field selected. Tap on Save once you have made the changes.

Delete Custom Fields


1. Click on Custom Fields in the Settings drop down.

The following slider will be displayed. Click on Orders.

2. A list of all the custom fields created will be displayed.

3. Click on any of the custom fields that you want to delete and the following slider will be displayed.

4. Click on to and the following pop-up will be displayed. Click on Delete and the custom field will be deleted.

1. Tap on Settings in the main menu.

2. Tap on Custom Fields.

3. Tap on Orders and the list of all custom orders will be displayed.

4. Tap on any of the custom fields that you want to delete and tap on .

5. A delete Custom field dialog box appears. Tap on Delete in order to complete the process.

The custom field gets deleted successfully.
