Payments

This section will allow you to enable any payment mode of your choice to receive online payments from your customer.

Cash on Delivery

You can configure Cash on Delivery (COD) as a mode of payment for your customer to select during checkout. You can set the availability of the Cash on Delivery option, subject to your terms and conditions.


1. From the admin panel, go to Settings > Payments.

2. By default, the toggle button to enable Cash on Delivery (COD) option on your payment gateway page is switched ON.

Please Note
If the toggle button is switched Off, COD option will not be displayed on payment gateway page.

3. Click on Settings to set the COD conditions. The following options will be displayed.

  1. Enter the minimum order amount i.e the amount above which COD option should be enabled.In-case if your order amount is less than the Minimum Order Amount value then COD option will not be visible on payment gateway page.
  2. Enter the additional charges that you wish to receive from your customers for COD orders.
  3. Ask customer to verify mobile number when they choose COD.

 

4. Once all the changes are done, click on Save.

Step 1.
Select Payments option, under Settings drop-down in the main menu.The following page will be displayed.Step 2.
To enable Cash on Delivery switch ON the toggle button . Once the button is switched on, COD option will be enabled on your payment gateway page.Note: If the toggle button is switched Off then COD option will not be available on payment gateway page.Step 3.
Apart from this, there are some more configurable options. Click on the Settings button present against the payment mode.

  1. Enter the minimum order amount i.e the amount above which the COD option should be enabled.
    In-case if your order amount is less than the Minimum Order Amount value then the COD
    option will not be visible on payment gateway page.
  2. Enter the additional charges you wish to receive from your customer for COD orders.
  3. You can choose whether or not you want to OTP verification for COD orders.

Step 4.
Once all the changes are done, click on Save button.

Customer Credit

This feature allows your customer to receive the order but make payments later.


Step 1.
From your Home page, navigate to Payments section under Settings.

Once clicked, the following slider will be displayed.

Step 2.
To enable Customer Credit, switch ON the toggle button. Once the button is switched on, Customer Credit option will be enabled on your payment gateway page.

Step 3.
Customer Credit has more features which can be accessed by clicking on Settings . The following options will be displayed.

The Default credit period has two tabs Fixed and Number of Days.

a) Under Fixed tab the following options are displayed

  1. In Select Date of the Month tab enter the date of the month when you want to notify the customer about the pending payment .
  2. Specify the maximum amount of credit limit in this tab. Credit limit will be the maximum limit till which the customer will be able to avail the credit option
  3. You can choose whether or not you want an OTP verification for customer credit orders.

b) Under Number of Days tab the following options will be displayed

1.  Enter the date of the month post which you want to notify the customer about the pending payment.
2. Specify the maximum amount of credit limit in this tab.
3. You can choose whether or not you want an OTP verification for customer credit orders.

Step 4.
Once all the changes are done, click on Save button.

Step 5.
International Customers will not have the option to enable Customer Credit.

Online Payments


1. From the admin panel, go to Settings > Payments.

The following slider will be displayed.

2. Enable toggle button for online payments to create payment links for your customers. It allows your customers to make online payments while making online purchases.

Enabling Online Payment displays the following drop down options.

Step 1.
From your Home page, under Settings, select Payments option.

Once clicked, the page opens as follows:

JD Pay

You can enable JD Pay as a mode of payment for your customers.


Step 1.
To enable JD Pay, select JD Pay option from the drop-down menu.Note: JD Pay payment mode is only available for all Indian transactions. You need to add KYC and bank details to receive payments in your bank account. To do that, click on Settings. The following slider will be displayed.Click here to know more about adding KYC/Bank details.

Apart from this, there are some more configurable options. Tap on the Settings button present below the payment mode. The following slider will be displayed.

Post updating the KYC/ Bank Details the slider will appear as follows.

Note Name
You cannot send payment link to your customers until KYC/ Bank Details are added and approved

PayPal

Justdial has partnered with PayPal to provide seamless checkout experience within your site. This option allows you to accept PayPal, Credit Card and Debit Card payments securely from your international customers.


Step 1.
To enable, select PayPal option from the drop-down list.Apart from this, there are some more configurable options. Click on Settings and the following slider will be displayed.To integrate Paypal with your Payment modes you need to first create an account with Paypal and get the code to paste it in the Client Id and Secret Code field.Click here to know how to get the code. Once all the changes are done, click on Save to save the changes. Your online ordering page will be displayed as follows.Clicking on which you will be redirected to Paypal page.

Note
When a custom payment is linked to any element, a new button Pay with Paypal  is displayed on the pay now modal

Voice Search

Click on the   and voice search will be triggered.

You can speak into your phone speaker and related section will be displayed.
